About the Artist

Jane studied art at the Sir John Cass School of art in London and after receiving her BA in studio art and psychology, went on to receive her MA in Art Therapy from New York University. She then worked as an art therapist and continued to pursue her passion for painting and creativity doing private commissions. As she began to explore her own art primarily through painting and mixed media her proclivity for photography led her to take classes at the International Center for Photography. While there she learned how to make images from her travels into pieces of art and began creating larger scaled works that explored color and abstraction. Her work is seen in public and private collections around the country.
